Sales Consultant
Our sales team provides high quality, professional service to our customers while generating sales for new and used RV’s.
Essential Job Functions:
Meet and greet customers.
Self-motivated
Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, learning/understanding the products we sell.
Conduct professional, knowledgeable conversations/demonstrations with clients over units, including walk throughs.
Close sales effectively by working closely with our General Manager and Finance team.
Follow up with customers.
Must be able to generate business including phone, text, video, social media/other methods approved by management.
Compensation:
Pay is commission based. The more gross revenue you create, the more money you make!
Monthly Bonuses, Salesperson of the Month Bonuses and Quarterly Performance Bonuses when qualified. Full-Time position.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be available to work some weekends.
Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
Must have reliable transportation.
Excellent communication skills.
Automotive/RV Sales experience is a plus.

PDI Technician
Our PDI (pre delivery inspector) Technicians inspect RVs for damage/missing major components.
Essential Job Functions:
Ensure that new units delivered are free of manufacturer defects by conducting a full inspection prior to delivery to the customer.
Conduct full structural inspections underbelly to roof; interior and exterior.
Locate, diagnose, and repair possible problems/defects with units.
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance inspection and maintenance to ensure that all are working properly as designed.
Works closely with warranty admin and parts personnel to provide documentation and photos the manufacturer requires.
Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements and document per established protocol.
Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
Assist in other areas of service dept. as assigned by Service Manager to support dept.
Follow all safety training and procedures. Complete all required HR & safety training as assigned.
Compensation:
$14.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience). Full-Time position.

Must have some knowledge of aspects of RV repair.

Parts Clerk
Our Parts department provides top notch services to our customers with their purchasing needs.
Essential Job Functions:
Assisting customers, creating purchase orders, checking in parts, receiving in parts, placing special orders for parts, applying parts to repair orders, maintaining parts stock/parts inventory.
Greet customers, answer phone calls, assist all customers in selecting parts/items in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Provide price quotes and other related information to customers in person, over the phone or by email.
Notify all necessary parties when special ordered parts have been received.
Notify the management of out-of-stock items or shop materials that require immediate attention.
Pull and fill orders from current stock.
Follow up on back-ordered items and replenish assigned inventory daily.
Other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
$14.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience). Full-Time position.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be able to learn and follow processes including but not limited to company policies and procedures.
Forklift Certified.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25-50 lbs.
Must be able to work in a team setting and be self-motivated.
Knowledgeable and able to navigate a computer, internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
1-2 years’ general knowledge of ordering both automotive and household parts is preferred.
Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone or in person.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time/as needed.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Wash Bay/Detail Technician
Our Wash Bay/Detail Technicians are responsible for providing excellent cleaning services of RVs.
Essential Job Functions:
Performing washing/drying/buffing/waxing exteriors, clean and remove spots on upholstery and interiors of RVs, carpeting, windows, full detailing and deodorizing interior and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Compensation:
$10.00-$13.00 per hour. Full-Time position.

Service Technician
Our Service Technicians are mechanically experienced technicians, who repair and/or replace parts and equipment safely and efficiently. We have a very busy PDI and Service department working on new and used RVs. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Essential Job Functions:
Mechanical knowledge of how to maintain, repair, diagnose and correctly repair and replace parts as well as the installation of equipment.
Perform all RV repair and maintenance duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical problems.
Work directly with service advisors, warranty admin and parts personnel to provide documentation and photos the manufacturer requires.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be familiar with the mechanical and automotive systems in RVs.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Must be available to work some weekends.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must provide own tools.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25-50 lbs.
Compensation:
$12.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience). Full-Time position.
